I’ve had an accident, who do I contact first?

Your first point of contact should be your insurance company to advise them of the accident and lodge your claim, if you are unsure of how to do this, please feel free to contact the staff at North East Paint & Panel who can assist you with your claim.

I've made a claim, what do I do next?

We can help you with any accident claims. When you make your claim, advise your insurance company that you would like you repairs done at North East Paint & Panel. Next bring your vehicle into our repair shop so that the quote can be prepared for you while you wait. Once the quote is complete, the office staff will contact your insurance company and take care of the rest for you.

Will you clean my vehicle?

We ensure that once the repairs are completed on your car, we clean the exterior and interior of your vehicle from any mess/dirt we have caused during the repair process.

Do I have to use the repairer recommended by my insurance company?

No, you don’t have to use your insurers recommended repairer, some insurers request 2 quotes. Bring your vehicle in and we will deal with your insurer direct.
